Leadership background
The leadership team comprises two seasoned insurance-industry professionals with extensive experience in the non-motor claims environment. They specialise in assessing and loss adjusting by evaluating claims against insured perils, ensuring that damage is reviewed accurately and fairly and that the scope of work is correctly determined.
They manage projects in line with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), supporting strong client outcomes, clear communication, and service quality aligned to insurer requirements. The team also ensures compliance with POPIA by maintaining client information responsibly throughout the claims process.
